This spacious first floor condo has direct ocean views and is just steps away to the beach access in the Solana Beach and Tennis Club. Enjoy grilling on the natural gas Weber BBQ on the patio while viewing the sunset and enjoying a snack or drink. Inside, this updated rental features free high speed WI-FI, a 55 inch smart flat screen TV with cable TV and Netflix/Prime streaming options well as a flat screen in the bedroom. New soft bedding for the King bed and a high quality memory foam queen sleeper in the living room provide comfortable sleeping options. All linens are cleaned after each guest departs. Enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the gas fireplace with wine or coffee on cool nights. The kitchen is well equipped with a Vitamix, Keurig single cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, juicer, toaster and reverse osmosis water purification system. You will have everything you need to cook elaborate meals or just enjoy take out. The condo also has a mini split HVAC system with AC and heating so you can always have the perfect temperature. Resort living at its best!
The condo was updated with Italian tile flooring, granite counters, new Bosch appliances and a washer/dryer - all the conveniences of home. Updated 1.5 baths and two covered parking spaces in this gated community. We have an outdoor pool, 4 tennis courts, 2 spas and a recreation room with pool and ping pong tables. We supply beach toys, four boogie boards, two beach umbrellas and four chairs. We provide pool cue sticks, balls, ping pong paddles, tennis rackets and balls and amenities located in the Recreation Room.
Located on the bluff, the condo is literally steps to beach access! There are steps to the beach in front of the condo or you can walk to Fletcher Cove. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, the train station, Del Mar Race Track, Del Mar Fairgrounds, and Cedros Avenue Design District. Across the street from the complex is a gym with weekly memberships, a large CVS, a dry cleaners, hair and nail salon as well as restaurants.
Beachy casual decor throughout. Great living space for a couple or couple with 2 children. Spacious open plan has living/dining/kitchen area, and large master bedroom with sitting area. There is chair and a half sleeper in the bedroom to accommodate a small child. French door between rooms for added light and open space. Master bedroom has attached bath with new linens. Lots of space for relaxing inside or outside on the patio. We also provide most staples for cooking, tea, coffee, creamer, snack bars. When you leave, we do the cleaning...just organize your personal items so you don't leave anything behind.
The complex maintains a system of security cameras. An outdoor ocean facing security camera is installed on the patio for the protection of your personal belongings.
Solana Beach and Tennis Club is a smoke free community. Guest must sign rules as part of contract. Guests will be greeted by our Hostess for tour of unit and facilities. Pet restrictions strictly enforced due to owner allergies. Please discuss with host if guest or day visitor intends to bring any animals into the unit.
